When I entered, Anderson Jeep, I was greeted by such sincere people. When I met Henry Taylor, I felt I was in great hands immediately. I told Henry that I had an appointment at another dealership before I would make up my mind. Henry educated me so clearly about the Jeep I want, the trade-in amount, and the bottom line I would pay; plus he put it in writing. There was no bad mouthing the other dealerships or lies to keep me.;he only said, please come back when you are done looking.Within a few hours of shopping I was back at the Andersons looking for Henry. We bought the Jeep, but we weren’t happy with our choice. My husband left a message with Henry and he was back to us within an hour. When it would have been so easy for Henry to say, deals done, he instead said, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Henry is very proud of his dealership & product and that really helped a lot with my confidence in them also. He was fun, friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all honest and never left us guessing.
