I have to say that I had a very good experience with Ancira Nissan. My salesman Mickey Davila was very attentive and explained everything in detail. He worked with me and not against me. He was the first person I saw when a co-worker and I went to Ancira Nissan to look at the 370z's on my lunch break. As my coworker at in the car, I got out to look at the 370z. When I looked up, I saw a Mickey Davila walking towards me within 2 mins. I was impressed. Mickey was friendly and explained features about the 370z to me. The next thing I know he got the key to the 370z that I was admiring and he let me drive it with him on the passengers side. I owned and traded my 350z and was familiar with the z's line of cars. Mickey let me get the feel of the car as if it were mine. All within reason of course. I was sold and loved everything about the car. Mickey and I went back to the dealership and we talked about my 2007 350z trade in. He introduced me to another young man by the name of Alfredo Apolinar. He also is a stand up guy. He looked over my trade in and test drove it. He was very knowledgable and friendly. While driving my 350z, he let me go along. I told him to drive it like they were designed to be driven. On the back private street he accelerated to check out the car, and I can tell he knew what is expected of these Z's... Whoo hooo!!. My 2007 San Marino Blue 350z was babied and well taken care of and I respected the trade in price that I was given after a few back and forths to come up with a good trade in agreement. After Mickey completed his paperwork, he took me over to the finance dept and I talked to George who is also a definite asset to Ancira Nissan. He took the time out to explain the costs and recommended the Warranty/ Lo-jack and Wheel Protection. Being a car enthusiast myself and the 370z being my midlife crisis new sportscar, I appreciated his knowledge and demeanor. My wife came to the dealership and was equally impressed by all three guys that I mentioned. Mickey and Alfredo, I work an unpopular type of customer service, but I do know that your can do attitude, competence and friendliness to all people will take you a long way. Its not how you look, its who you are and what your willing to buy. George you already know!!! Thanks guys!! I truly appreciate it!!!I love my new car!!! More
From the time Hong helped me find a parking spot until I left with the new Titan, he took care of our every need. He answered all questions and helped us get a great deal on a new truck. My wife and I have bought 4 cars from Bob so far. This time was exceptional though as he worked hard to get us the price on the exact car we wanted. My husband and I initially visited several months before we were ready to buy. The salesman, Jim was friendly and helpful, even though he knew we weren't ready to buy. When we were ready, we returned and received quality service. Jim wasn't available at the time so he passed us on to Tyson and checked in again after he finished with his client. The salesman were willing to work with in our budget. They weren't pushy like so many car salesman seem to be and didn't try to upsell us. When we told them about the loan we had been approved for through our bank they said they thought they could get us a better rate and sure enough they hooked us up with a different bank (Security Services) with a much lower interest rate. All in all we were very pleased. I even sent my sister there when she needed a bigger car after having a baby. She was equally pleased with her experience. We are now officially an Ancira Family. More

However, I met salesperson Yogin Tivedi and his approach to the sales process and customer service/satisfaction was the reason I stopped searching and purchased from Ancira. Deciding on a car was easy. I knew what I wanted. But coming to a happy median with regard to price and terms was such a smooth process. It was an overall great buying experience and I'd highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to future buyers. More
I would like to give recognition. To Christina Thomas for the best customer servive I have had at any dealship. I walked in she was smiling friendly and very help full. She gave me an estamated time and said she would see if she could get it done faster. I could not beleave when she called me it was done. The time was half what she estamated. That helped so much. Because I was in a time bind to pick up my daughter. The frienlyness and extra service was great. The preashur was releaved for the rest of my day. She was very humble when i thanked her. Said I am only doing my job. I have owned six or seven new cars. I was never treated like I was the most importent pearson ever. Give her a big thank you for me. Thank you Robert More

It was obvious from the beginning that Yogin was willing to take the time for my wife and I to find what we wanted and know everything we needed to about our purchase. I first contacted Ancira Nissan because I found an ad for two 2010 black Nissan Sentras 2.0 S for $11,990. The ad listed both product numbers which I used to look up the actual vehicle on their site. I loved two 2010 black Nissan Sentras 2.0 S for $11,990. The ad listed both product numbers which I used to look up the actual vehicle on their site. I loved the car and the price was fantastic so I pursued it. (This was all done via chat and email because I was at work and I live about 500 miles from San Antonio.) After a conversation with Mark Anthony, I was told that that price was only valid for customers who were going to finance through the dealership (I had already set up financing through my bank) but they would extend the sale price to me. I gave him my banker's contact information and urged him to fax the paperwork that evening even though the bank was closed so they could have it first thing in the morning. Mark suggested I use my credit card to put down a $500 refundable deposit to 'hold' the car since they only had two at that price. I declined because my bank is a small town bank and I know my banker personally. It would have taken less than two hours for the paperwork to be completed and the deal closed. As soon as the bank opened the next day, I called to see if he had received the paperwork. No, there was nothing waiting for him. So I contacted Mark to see why the paperwork hadn't been sent. At 10:30, I received his response of 'I have already spoken to my finance department. They should soon be faxing over the necessary paperwork to your bank.' Keep in mind I was ready to pay $300 for a flight to San Antonio to pick up the car because they couldn't/wouldn't deliver it. At 1:30 p.m., I got an email from Mark stating that BOTH of the cars had been sold. One the previous evening and one that morning, but I could purchase a different Sentra 2.0 S for the new sale price of $12,990. I was thoroughly disappointed. I feel like I got the short-end of the stick just because I don't live there. My brother-in-law offered to call and see if he could work out a deal with Mark so I let him. After many phone calls and emails, they would not make good on the first offer they gave me. I decided that what they had done was wrong and the only way I would purchase a car from them is if they either A) sold me the same model and color of car for the original $11,990 or B) they sold me a metallic gray one with the convenience package for $12,990 (they were asking $13,840). They absolutely would not do it so I went elsewhere (and have purchased the same car hassle-free at a great price; and they deliver). Had they just faxed the paperwork when they said they would, none of that mess would have ever happened. Also, I checked the sales ad which showed the 'updated' price of $12,990 but the two product numbers were the EXACT SAME as listed in the $11,990 ad. I pointed this out to Mark in my last email but I never got a response. That to me speaks volumes. More
I did have an unpleasant interaction with one of the other salesman whose name escapes me at the moment. He was very derogatory in his manner and how he addressed me. I was immediately attended to as soon as I got out of my vehicle. Bob was interested in what I was interested in. That alone made me feel that he was looking out for my safety and to satisfy me, which is undoubtedly extravagant. He also worked very hard to get the finance department to do what they could to help me find the right loaning company. The finance department is very much appreciated for the diligent work and effort they put forth to find a loan that would work. I also appreciated how George Nickolson took the time to explain the things I didn't quite understand during the final process of signing all of the paper work. He seemed awfully busy but he still didn't mind me asking any questions that I had and he informed me quite well. I also appreciate the flexibility with which I was shown. More
