We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. While 3rd party appraisal guides/books are a great tool for getting an estimate of what a vehicle is worth it does not take into consideration the local market value of vehicles. The condition and mileage of a vehicle greatly impact what that vehicle is worth. While the mileage for your 1998 Jeep was low for a vehicle that age the condition needed attention. The cracked windshield needed to be replaced, the extensive visible rust needed immediate attention and the soft top and it's windows needed repair or replacement. Upon test driving your Jeep we noticed the steering was a huge concern as it was unresponsive. All this factored into our offer to purchase your vehicle. I was informed that we made contact with you and had an appointment to reevaluate your 1998 Jeep by our General Sales Manager but you did not make that appointment and we have not been able to reach you by email or phone. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. You expressed concern about spending four hours at our Dealership on December 31, 2009 attempting to purchase a Chrysler Aspen or Jeep Commander. The Finance Dept. informed me that the banks and credit unions were slowed down with the amount of business being processed that week. I can assure you that this is not our normal process and appreciate your comments.
