Great experience from the get go! David approached me as I was walking across the parking lot. Since I knew what I was looking for, once David greated me, he immediately went into action. 15 minutes later I was walking across the parking lot. I've bought over 15 vehicles in my lifetime thus far and am happy to say that David has to be in the top 3 people I've worked with. He was professional and did not come across one time as trying to sell me something. Very happy with David!!! Now, although the vehicle we bought was a 2012 and was on the lot probably longer than most of the trucks, it had some clear-coat scratches and a missing grommet in the bed. David did tell us to bring it back so that he can get the body-shop to get the scratches out - he didn't want the make-ready folks to mess with it. Again very satisfied throughout the entire process!!! More
