I would have a very hard time recommending this dealership and I would be very careful approaching them to try to purchase a vehicle. I called on Monday, May 3 to purchase a '21 BMW M2 Competit dealership and I would be very careful approaching them to try to purchase a vehicle. I called on Monday, May 3 to purchase a '21 BMW M2 Competition that was listed online for sale. After calling the first time to inquire about the vehicle, I was told that someone would call me back in 20 minutes. 2 hours went back, no one returned my call, so I called in to get an update only to be told that they had no record of me calling in, I figured no big deal, mistakes happen. At this point is was near closing time, about 8:30PM, and I was told in order for the vehicle not to sell, they would need a $1,000.00 deposit because the finance department was closed, so I gave my credit card, and thankfully they did not run the card but they had it if for whatever reason they had to run the card. In my initial phone call, I was told that they can ship the car but I would have to cover shipping, this is understandable. I was also told that the price currently listed factored in all features/options on the vehicle. I looked through pictures and the vehicle had no sun roof/moonroof even though the spec details said it did. I asked if there would be a price difference since it does not have this option and I was told "sorry, that's a typo, but that's the price." I figured, okay no big deal, I still want the car I was told that I would receive a phone call the next day (May 4) once they can get more details as I wanted to purchase the vehicle out of state. May 4th rolls around and I receive no phone call. I wait until 6PM to come around before giving them a call to see what's going on and they had taken down my phone number incorrectly so they had been reaching out to the wrong person. At this point, I will still completely fine with everything as again, mistakes do happen. I speak with the sales manager who takes down my address and information and then he informs me that I would have to set up my own shipping once I purchase the vehicle as they do not ship out of state. Once again, I let this slide but it was exactly the opposite of what I was told the previous day. I was told they handle shipping but I would just have to pay for it. Now they are telling me they do not handle shipping and I would have to go out and shop for an auto transport company and coordinate the shipping after I purchased the vehicle. I once again gave them the benefit of the doubt but I held my frustrations because I still wanted to purchase the car and then I received the sales sheet from the salesman. He sent me the sales sheet and added a $700 item (which I never asked for)called Kahu or something along those lines which is for vehicle safety and also another $200 item that was labeled as "antitheft" I asked what this Kahu item was and I was told that its a theft recovery device the installed on vehicles. Here's the catch, just 30 minutes prior to getting out the door sheet, the sales manager told me that they just received the car and it has not even gone through safety inspection! So they were going to charge me for something that wasn't even on the vehicle! Luckily, the salesman removed that from the deal but said that the anti-theft has to say. At this point, I started to really think twice about doing anything with these guys. I have never witnessed so many mistakes/fabrications in one transaction as I have with this dealership. I spent the night looking for an auto-shipping company and then when I woke the next day I told myself that there is no way I trust this vehicle being sold from this dealership. I backed out of the deal and walked away. In the end, I fully understand that dealerships need to make money, so I am not looking to suck profits dry, but when they are just adding things at will trying to upcharge me for things I didn't even ask for seems like a sleezy move by these guys that left a terrible taste in my mouth. That and the constant back peddling on everything they said. First the incorrect spec information, then incorrectly handling how to hold the vehicle, then giving me the wrong shipping information. It was one thing after another. All I'm saying is be careful, I would think twice before going here. Are they friendly? Sure. Would I trust them? xxxx no. More
Everything was done with my needs in mind, the staff was very professional and courteous every step of the way. The sales staff was awesome and so was the finance department. He listened to my every need and was so much fun when on test riding.. my custom built Jeep came in early and he was nice enough to call me ( member. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL AND INCONSIDERATE! That’s my experience at ancira. And the manager just supported his finance dept actions. Stay far far away from here. I chose the cheaper gap insurance and the finance guy Jose, put the higher one on the documents. And tried to tell me it’s what I chose when I know that’s a lie! They offered to show me a video but I’m a single mom of 2 with a demanding job, I don’t have time for them so I canceled everything My car had spilled milk on the seat. They didn’t even clean the inside. It was disgusting. This place is disgusting. Can wait to reach the owner with my experience. More
