i recently leased my second Nissan at Anchor Nissan in North Smithfield, RI. Jarod Rump was the sales person on my first lease and I specifically sought him out when I was ready to look at a new car. He was always willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. He gave me all the time and information I needed to get into a new Nissan. My experience at Anchor has always been great. Each person who works at the dealership goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Five Starts for Sure. More

Almost all of them are negative service reviews about Stephanie. Other service members are great. It’s sad they have her to lead them. If your car doesn’t experience any issues, you’re all set. If you have any issues, they will treat you like crap. I had purchased a brand new vehicle that had a factory defect. Not the dealerships fault but the way they handled it and treated me was! It came down to the owner telling us it cost too much to keep looking at our car and they basically refused to try and diagnose it. My car qualified for the Lemon Law in RI and instead of them taking it back and replacing it, the service manager Stephanie seemed to find fun in talking down to me and drawing things out as long as possible to mess with me. After a lengthy process Nissan themselves bought the car back but Anchor Nissan ignored their corporate office’s requests to provide information. Buying the car back does not affect the dealership in any way. There was no reason for them to not help other than to be nasty. Owner tried to get me to sign an NDA about our experience. No way! More

This was our first interaction with Anchor Nissan and we were very pleased. Rich Melville was very attentive to our needs and made sure the we were happy with our choices. The atmosphere thru out the dealer were very pleased. Rich Melville was very attentive to our needs and made sure the we were happy with our choices.
