He also answered all of my questions, without hesitation or bother. Almost more importantly, Amos explained key (meaningful) information about my new 57 that I have never read on any Thunderbird forum. Information that is key about the operation and maintenance of owning a 1957 Thunderbird. I also spent time with Mrs Minter (Amy) and their son (Justin) They too helped make my tour a memorable one. In short, I decided to purchase my Thunderbird from Amos Minter's (Thunderbirds 55-57) primarily due to the confidence I felt after the numerous phone calls I had with Amos, his detailed email responses whenever I had questions and from the overall experience I had during my on-site visit with Amos Minter and his fine family, which included several longtime employees I met. I was looking for the perfect 56 T-Bird for my father. In researching who had the best quality builds for this era of Thunderbirds, my research led me to Mr. Amos Minter. Amos made me feel comfortable right from the start, so much so, that I actually purchased the car sight unseen. I felt as if I were more adopting the car than purchasing it. He gave me explicit instructions on how to store the vehicle, especially since I live in South Florida and deal with quite a bit of humidity. He wanted to make sure his car was going to be well taken care of. Amos Minter is a man who says what he does as well as does what he says. A very admirable trait that seems to be short in supply these days! I was very please with the car and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing from Amos Minter! More

The car came exactly as Amos described it and the car is obviously a high quality Amos Minter Thunderbird. A Minter Thunderbird is not a car that has been given a cheap paint job, stop leak, bondo/coverup processes. The car has been rebuilt by true craftsman. Amos continues to answer all of my inquires and provides the years of expertise with simple explanations and suggestions. I would recommend Minter Thunderbirds to anyone that desires to invest in an outstanding Thunderbird. Wonderful experience. More

Excellent restorations and customer service I puchased a 1957 T-Bird in October. We visited twice, once to choose the car and the other to inspect and drive it as alterations were done. Amos, Amy and Justin answered all our questions and gave us printed material on the specs and nuances between the years to educate us on the car before we bought it. The car is now home ( shipped by Passport - excellent too) and we are very pleased with our choice and experience. Highly recommended! More

Rare 1956 Ford Victoria I bought a partially restored 1956 Ford Victoria from Amos and Justin in 2015 for my wife for Valentine. Amos and Justin provided assistance throughout the restoration which we followed diligently. Mike Berry writes automobile featured articles for the Wichita Eagle newspaper . (Wichita on Wheels) The Victoria was the featured car in Mike’s article in November. Maybe not a “Minter” restoration but pretty darn close. More

His craftsmanship is second to none . . . His knowledge about the classic T Birds is unsurpassed . . . He is friendliness and willingness to give advice to his customers is as if you are one of his own family. There is no place better in the world to go if you're interested in having one of these classic Thunderbirds restored for you. There are rare musicians that are able to tell people that they own a "Stradivarius Violin". I'm one of the lucky people that can say I own a "Minter T-Bird". The quality is the same! I highly recommend Amos and Justin MInter to anyone. More

As with any 60 year old car, a couple of minor things weren't quite right or broke, and they were very quick to get the car back and fix the problem under warranty. You won't find a better 55-57 Tbird anywhere ! More
