In my opinion, Mr. Minter is deceptive. My experience is the following: He makes you think that he did the restoration but carefully doesn't say so explicitly. While you are at his shop, he shows you where the work is done and shows you the "sticker of approval" on his car, then later you discover that his shop didn't actually do the restoration on it when he is questioned directly. My recommendation is that you should ask him very direct questions and get his answers in writing before ever dealing with him. He says he will buy the car back if you want to sell it and then he doesn't. He says he will correct any problems with it and then doesn't. The car I bought had problems every time I drove it, and then he said he would not take it back. More
