Neil was trying to sale me a car that had features that I didn't want or need (all to gain more money, of course). He also stated he will contact the bank during the morning hours, because the earlier the better response he would get from "who ever he so called knew". However, he did not really contact the bank until 5:45PM, because I've gotten several notifications when he finally did so. Neil actually shared my information with a previous customer, and She told me about it! She told me specific things too. My male best friend asked Neil a question about not calling me back after Neil had gotten all of my sensitive information, so because Neil was having a "bad morning & a bad week" (Neil words) Neil decided to respond rudely, and made my friend exit his business. Then tells me that we can not work together, because he and my friend had an argument. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also report to the proper authorities the fact that he shared financial information about me to others without my permission! More

Thank You Amaral and Matt !!! At time, it was my first experience finding a car in US. I visited several big dealership around NJ and in summary I could tell that it's very hard to At time, it was my first experience finding a car in US. I visited several big dealership around NJ and in summary I could tell that it's very hard to find a dealership who really serve you with honesty and integrity. All they want just grab your money, sell their car, close the deal and bring home their sales commission asap. Once you step your foot into their door, they will try their best to make you buy something and if you wanna leave their place without signing anything their sales manager will stop you (read: pressure you) and become very pushy. You will heard most of them said to you "I don't want you shop around, believe me (the sales/manager) you won't get any better deal outside". However to make the story short, my suggestion is never trust the sales person from big dealership. Go shop around, learn whatever available options you have and make a very well-informed decision. However, Amaral is different. While most of big dealership got bad review everywhere, I was surprised that this dealership consistently received good reviews from most of their customer. In some of the review even I found they have several repeated customers (bought 3 or 5 cars from them). So I decided to visit their website and contact them. Neil Amaral sent me an introductory email and after that Matt Vanderhoof took over the process. A day after, I decided to visit their place, met Matt then he showed several cars that fit with my budget and answered all of my questions tirelessly. Finally my search was narrowed down to KIA Optima 2014. To hold the car, I put deposit money $ 1000 and started my financing process. Because of my situation (I am new settler in US with no Credit Score and no co-signer), I faced the difficult fact that the financing institution should charge me with high interest and it's sky rocket the monthly installment that outside my budget range. So sadly said I decided not to take that option and asked Matt to refund my deposit. At that time, Matt and Mr. Amaral (the owner) refunded my money directly. After that I kept shopping around to several big dealership as well as checking each dealership's review. And surprisingly I found a lot of people shared that the big dealership won't make it easy to get your deposit refunded. At this point I realized that Amaral showed a good business ethic when they refunded my 1st deposit. So, after a while finally me and my wife realized that we love the KIA Optima so much and back to Amaral again. The car still there, I dropped deposit (for the second time) and this time Neil Amaral helped me to lower down a bit the monthly installment. Finally we can finalize the process and bring the lovely KIA Optima home. In summary, Amaral is auto dealership that not only has a lot of good quality cars in their stock but also they serve you with a positive attitude and good ethic.
