I gave Neil the exact specs I was searching for on a vehicl This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Amaral, and it likely won't be the last. I gave Neil the exact specs I was searching for on a vehicle, (exterior and interior color, seat material, trim level, electronics features, etc) he found one matching the exact specifications within a couple of days and had it at his shop in a week. His team serviced the car and made a few minor repairs. I was simultaneously looking at another similar vehicle at a large dealer, and it took so much effort and pain to get to a similar price point that Neil had offered with no haggling. Manny sat with me and chatted like old friends during my visits. Michael picked up the car for me from Pennsylvania and had my girlfriend and I laughing with his humor.
