Family Atmosphere I came to Amaral to buy a used car, but did not find one in their inventory that met my specifications. Their demeanor was so collegial and inclusive that when I decided not to buy a car and just fix the one I already had, I didn't hesitate to use them for the repairs. They had a mechanic who wasn't doing the job. But once they replaced him with someone more competent, their auto-repair service became impeccable, matching their pristine customer service. Since then, I have used them several times, for small mechanical issues and oil changes. They are quick, sharp, and responsive. My calls are always taken or returned within moments. In a world of snake-oil salesmen, the folks at Amaral are eons beyond their competitors. More
