Great Experience Let me start by saying my credit is not the best and I am the sole provider for my family of six, but I was in need of a second vehicle for my family Let me start by saying my credit is not the best and I am the sole provider for my family of six, but I was in need of a second vehicle for my family and myself as waking my wife to drive me to work at 0630 was getting old real fast. After contacting multiple dealerships and and being told to "call me when you have at least $1000 down" or being offered a 20% interest rate I was contacted Amaral auto, specifically Justin, about a vehicle. After looking into the first vehicle more I realized that one wasn't a fit for me, but he sent me information on multiple other vehicles. I proceeded to go see them and test drove them all. We discussed each one in depth and I settled on one in particular. I then sat down with Neil and saying I was pleased with the process would be an understatement. They assisted me with my downpayment and were extremely helpful in other aspects as well, this was all before they realized I served in the military and had deployed multiple times. I wouldn't have thought they could have been more courteous and helpful, but it went to a whole other level. I don't plan on trading this vehicle in any time soon, but my wife's SUV's clock is winding down. I can tell you right now the first place I will be going is back here to purchase from them as they not only helped me get into a vehicle that was right, there was no pressure and they laid everything out as simple as possible so that I was comfortable with the decision I was making.
