For you baseball fans...I guess you could say Ashley is the closer!! She dots the I's and crosses the T's. She is a delight!! But, my experience at Amaral Auto was so positive, I felt compelled to describe my experience to other car buyers. My initial contact somehow found me speaking with Manny, the owner, who listened to my story and started the process of getting me a tremendous deal on the car of my choosing. I had subsequent dealings with some of the staff, including Rich, the Salesman, and Ashley, Customer Service Coordinator, and others of the support stafff, and let me say they were all professional, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy dealing with "lil ol' me". As a group, this dealership truly seems to understand the term "total customer satisfaction" because that is what I came away with from this experience. Turns Out The Battery Was The WRONG Battery For The Car And The Oil Filter Housing Gasket Was Leaking Because It WAS SILICONE NOT EVEN A GASKET ! & The Valve Cover Gasket Was Leaking ... In Total It Came To 1850 N Neil Paid For The Battery N Told Me He Would Not Pay For Anything Else And Told Me He Did Not Have To Help Me If He Did Not Want To ... Now A Month In 2 Weeks In To Owning The Car I Have A Check Engline Lite Come On And I Need To Replaxe The Valtronic Motor 600$ If You Do Buy A Car From Here Ask To Take It To The Dealership Before You Purchase . ALSO i Still Have Yet To Recieve My 250$ He Owes Me From Tax & DMV Fees ! Crazy More

Amazing experience buying a car from Amaral Auto Sales Well, I spoke to Neil about a week ago about how I can get into a newer car because my car was dying on me and I was expending too much money in some Well, I spoke to Neil about a week ago about how I can get into a newer car because my car was dying on me and I was expending too much money in something maybe not worth it, we chat for a while about what I was looking for and what were my needs; he gave me the confidence that he will do his best in trying to help me without hurting my budget (as we all have one and specially when buying car). he explain to me in details what we could work out together to get me in a nice reliable car. He put some numbers together and we finalize the deal. ? The point of this review on Amaral Auto Sales is that part of “we work together” as a client I felt extremely comfortable, I was able to talk and say anything to Neil about purchasing my new car, I told him look this is what I need, this is where I stand (Credit and money). And he made it happen without any hassle to me, I know for sure he work very hard to get me this deal because of my situation (we all go thru amazing and difficult times in life, now that I’m getting out of some difficult years in the past, it was time to have something more reliable and yes a lot nicer ?)
