I would never buy a car anywhere else going forward. I once had a bad experience purchasing a used car with a dealership that I later learned has a not so clean reputation. It was a very tough lesson and very upsetting experience. That said I was very cautious and nervous about my next experience when ready to do it again. I got lucky finding the car I wanted happening to be at this deal ship. I could not have had a better and easier experience. Trust and straight forward honesty talk was what I felt With Neil. I work in a sales/customer service based world, and I know the importance of customer experience and trust. This family business also gets it well, in an industry that is unfortunately known for a history of bad apples out there. I won't be in the market again for some time, but when I am, I'm taking the hour+ drive up to Amaral and dealing with them again, no question. Best buying experience ever Scheduled my truck for some service at Amaral. I have bought all of my cars from Neil for the past 15 years. When I dropped off my truck I saw a beaut Scheduled my truck for some service at Amaral. I have bought all of my cars from Neil for the past 15 years. When I dropped off my truck I saw a beautiful Jeep Wranfler Sahara on the floor. I asked Neil if he could trade in my Malibu I recently bought from him for the Jeep with no money down and keep the payments within reason. I thought I gave him an impossible task. Four hours later Neil called to tell me He got it done and that I could pick it up that evening. Mind blown again. Amaral gets it done every time. That was my 14th purchase from Neil and all were great values and terrific cars. If you want a car go to Amaral. They are truly the best. More
