Yvonne Dear, my service advisor, was terrible. She has no idea what she is doing. Can't explain for the life of her the service that was done on my vehicle. I had to get the manager involved as she was inexperienced, air-headed, and just plain confused. Just a plain awful experience, she didn't even have the decency to apologize for her mistakes that resulted in me missing work and having to pay for a rental car. More
