Their service department is horrible, brought my pathfinder to do some warranty work and I get no response from them for a week. Had a 12:00 appointment for an oil change on my 2016 nissan ultima today. They said I was going to be waiting 2.5 to 3 hours for it to be complete. We had asked the team to also check an issue we had had with the tires. Upon paying and checking out, we confirmed with the associate that the mechanic had checked our tires, and they assured us that the tires had been checked and there were no issues, but shortly after I continued to lose air in a tire and am now having to address that concern. Overall, a fine experience, but disappointed that only part of the concerns I brought my car into the dealership for were addressed. More

If you want a service department that will damage your vehicle every time they touch it, then you found the right place. I've had nothing but one bad experience after another dealing with this company and they have not once tried to make things right with me. I even had to tell them that they should at least apologize for the headaches and inconvenience they caused me. More
