Due to our scheduling the vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday; and had to be parked on the stree Appointment was set up quickly without any problems. We called first thing Monday, and the vehicle had already been checked in to the service center. By mid day the electronic and mechanical issue with the non-slip traction control was fixed. So far so good. The Frontier was still new so the fix was covered by warranty. More

Frank and John appeared to be working hard for me, but I saw my car sitting in the lot for an hour before John told me my car was ready. Staff were rude and acted as if I was there to annoy them. In my past experience, I've received a free car wash voucher, but didn't receive one this time. I feel Frank and John were angry because I didn't buy their overpriced maintenance they tried very hard to sell me. This experience makes me want to trade in my Nissan for a Honda, just so I don't have to deal with this again!!!!! Terrible experience!!! More

Very smooth and easy purchase I had recently decided to buy a Nissan Titan. Being a very pragmatic person, I had done my homework on many vehicles, styles, options, etc. I had al I had recently decided to buy a Nissan Titan. Being a very pragmatic person, I had done my homework on many vehicles, styles, options, etc. I had also been pre approved by my Credit Union and had already set my price point with my bank. So, when I decided to purchase MY Titan, I just needed to touch/look and test drive the model I chose. Craig was great in that he has been doing his job for a while and he picked up on the fact that I had done my homework and just needed details on the purchase. Craig treated me and my wife like experienced, educated adults which was nice. Since I was prepared, the details didn't take long. The flow was great: Look and feel, test drive, trade-in/down payment, finance, options and drive off the lot. All in all it took less than 3 hours which in my experience is super fast. I drive by the dealership often as it is close to my home. I will be stopping by occasionally, just to oooogle at new vehicles and say hi. Also to get periodic maintenance and maybe some options done. Thanks again. More
