It was easy to make an appointment. Was able to schedule for the next day. Arrived, was taken care of immediately. Took about an hour for oil change, tire rotation, overall check up & wash. I had a frozen shifter - same complaint I’ve seen on many Nissan complaint sites. Hard to score because I don’t know who I am scoring. If Nissan - then Zero. Should never have to fork out $900+ to replace Nissan complaint sites. Hard to score because I don’t know who I am scoring. If Nissan - then Zero. Should never have to fork out $900+ to replace a 3 cent piece of plastic. Worst design I’ve ever seen and Nissan is not taking any blame for it. If I have to rate the service, then 3 - had my car for a day and a half. Called me at 5 pm to let me know it won’t be ready. 2nd time this has happened. Left the felt gasket off of the shifter - easy enough to fix, but where was the quality control. More

If you were using the Service department be aware they are a scam they will try to upsell you on things you do not need. They tried to sell me a new battery twice after I replaced my battery.
