I had a scheduled oil change for Monday at 10:30. When I got there, I was quoted an hour and decided to stay. 2 hours later I was told that my service was done and that she was sorry it took so long When I got there, I was quoted an hour and decided to stay. 2 hours later I was told that my service was done and that she was sorry it took so long because a tech was out and gave me $9 off a $150 bill. Service person did not speak with me the other 2 hours. More
