Free oil change! Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two years for all cars but it recently expired. Anthony still gave me a free oil change today and it was the highlight to my pockets! Thank you!!!! The service appointment went as scheduled, PLUS! While checking in for my service appointment, I was advised about a recall (which I knew nothing about) on the vehicle. The service adviser told me they could fix the problem while the vehicle was there for service and that it would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. The scheduled service was performed and the recall problem was fixed and all was done in the 1 1/2 hours. That is customer service! More
