I had what could of been a difficult situation with the service department, however Tom Rodgers, the Service Manager and Rick Vidal the Sales Manager bent over backwards to fix the situation and make sure that I was happy. As a result I bought a new car from Alpine and was extremely pleased by the entire experience. This dealership prides itself on being a family run operation and it shows in their customer service. They go out of their way to treat their customers fairly and earn repeat business. The customer service that’s provided by a local family business is far superior to that which you will ever receive from large publicly traded auto dealerships. Rick Vidal specifically deserves credit for everything he did to help me in purchasing my new car. He is proactive, trustworthy, and made the entire process simple and easy.
