Alpine Buick GMC has been one of the worst dealership experiences I have had. I purchased a truck from them in early May, and the entire buying process was frustrating from start to finish. What shoul experiences I have had. I purchased a truck from them in early May, and the entire buying process was frustrating from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a four-hour ordeal with multiple sales managers dragging their feet and wasting my time. By the time I finally received the keys, it was pitch black outside, and I still had a three-hour drive home. The next morning, while showing the truck to my fiancée, we noticed a large chip in the back right taillight. I immediately contacted my sales representative, Steve, and at first they were responsive. I was told over text that they would “absolutely” take care of it. Since I live three hours away, I asked if the repair could be handled locally instead of forcing me to drive all the way back to their dealership. They agreed they would work and get this fixed locally. They told me to “sit back and relax and they will take of everything.” After that, the communication completely stopped. It has now been three weeks. I have sent multiple follow-up messages, called the dealership, and asked for a manager or the general manager to contact me. No one has followed up. No one has provided a solution. No one has taken ownership. That tells me everything I need to know about how Alpine Buick GMC treats customers after they get the sale. They were responsive when they wanted my money, but once there was a problem they had already promised to fix, they disappeared. This is unprofessional, disappointing, and unacceptable. I will never buy from Alpine Buick GMC again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to pay very close attention to how they handle issues after the paperwork is signed. More
If I ever encounter the AI guy again, I'll go to another dealership. I didn't spend that much money on a vehicle to not be able to deal with human beings. It took DAYS to get a call back when I initially tr dealership. I didn't spend that much money on a vehicle to not be able to deal with human beings. It took DAYS to get a call back when I initially tried to schedule my appointment (probably due to AI guy). You know what was great though? Your mobile service. That was a HUGE time saver for me and the guys that did it were great at communicating and right on time. Would totally use that service again. More
