This was our first Volvo, and our first experience with Almartin. We couldn't be more satisfied. A salesperson came out to greet us right after we parked, and made us feel welcomed to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. He thoroughly went over the features of the vehicle and took time to be sure we understood.He kept in touch with us through email and texts, but was never pushy. After we purchased our vehicle, we had some questions. We were able to set up an appointment with him, at our convenience, to go over the features one more time. He was patient and we felt we had great costumer service. Thank you Quinn More
Just recently had a front spring replaced on my s60. As usual - time and time again they got it right ! Got me in ASAP after car towed there. I never used to take my car foe service at the dealership because of expense. Now it's the only place I take it because they fix it right every time. I will be taking every Volvo I have here in the future because the communication and work in service is second to none! Always wash my car car after every service also. I appreciate the professionalism from this service deptartment. Even though I have never purchased a vehicle there I usually speak with sales department and find them very knowledgeable. This is a great dealership to deal with. More
Outstanding service experience. I was greeted at the door and was immediately directed to my service advisor. I explained to Ben that I had a scheduled service appointment for the f I was greeted at the door and was immediately directed to my service advisor. I explained to Ben that I had a scheduled service appointment for the following day, but was unexpectedly in Shelburne that day and would like to drop off my vehicle early. The issue was that I needed a loaner early also. Ben didn’t even bat an eye. I drove off with a loaner minutes later. My XC60 was serviced and ready the next day, which included a unscheduled software update. What else can you ask from a service department? A++ More

I've been to this dealership multiple times and each time I was met with attitudes that were there to simply provide service to the rich and only the rich. If you're looking for a dealership that can cater t I was met with attitudes that were there to simply provide service to the rich and only the rich. If you're looking for a dealership that can cater to the normal population this is not the place to be. Numerous times I was told by Derek that simply doesn't happen with the Volvo. I had to fix things that didn't need to be fixed because they could not diagnose the car properly. And all the while the only useful information I receive from Derek was that simply doesn't happen. I wasted thousands of dollars on repairs that didn't need to be done with no apology and an attitude reserved for the upper class only. I would suggest you take your Volvo to anywhere but Al Martin Volvo. More
Great Luxury Experience! I had a great experience from start to finish! Having done my research I had narrowed down my search to the S60 or S90. I worked with Frank Rounds who I had a great experience from start to finish! Having done my research I had narrowed down my search to the S60 or S90. I worked with Frank Rounds who had a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for the Volvo brand. I was able to speak with him over the phone about pricing prior to coming into the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and met with a smile from Frank. He had all the paperwork and pricing options readily available as we had discussed on the phone. After determining that I was going to get the S90 we quickly went through the finance app and got all the paperwork ready. I returned to work for the day and when i returned that evening I just had to sign on the dotted line and my beautiful new S90 was pulled into the showroom waiting for me. Frank then presented me with the keys and a box of Lake Champlain chocolate and spent the next 45 minutes teaching me about the car and all of the great features. Overall had such and easy and truly a luxury experiences here at Al Martin. Highly recommend! More

We were told the only way to get the best deal on the model we were looking at was to go overseas and what you see on the sticker is what you will pay on the lot, no less unless there were incentives. With that being said we decided to purchase else where due to price. Even though we purchased else where we thought about getting an extended warranty through them to give sales some of our business as we had a good experiece so far, well that changed. Our salesperson found out we purchased else where and we received a very unprofessional email as they were upset we did not buy it from them. Needless to say we will no longer recommend this dealer and they will not be receiving any business from us. We would not recommend them. More

The car is 2 years old and I have all the proper documentation about the warranty, etc. The negotiations were very pleasant, no pressure in any way on purchasing or financing. Really went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted. Makes me wonder if some of the reviews on here are from other dealerships. More
Worst volvo dealership I know of Service is something you will need on your Volvo, maybe because they are the one dealership in the state they have a take it of leave it attitude. To follow up, the manager told me that they would try to "work something out" for me service-wise since I was so disappointed with the sales experience I had. The ambient temperature sensor wasn't working properly, so I took it in. Naturally they replaced $500 in wiring instead of changing the actual ambient temperature gauge (a $95 job..which I later had done at sears) ...when I asked almartin why they did this instead and if I could get my money back because they clearly pulled one over on me, they said they would "work something out" for me..when I asked what that meant, they had no answer. Do NOT go here unless you want to be swindled out of thousands after all is said and done. More
