My experience with Allways started great. Jose was quite a character. My wife and I were in the market in purchasing a new pick up. Specifically this 2022 Ram truck we saw on CarGurus. Car fa Jose was quite a character. My wife and I were in the market in purchasing a new pick up. Specifically this 2022 Ram truck we saw on CarGurus. Car fax looked great, even though it was driven 2000 miles after the oil change they did when it was traded in. Test drove the truck; following the directions of Mr. Jose our sales representative. Went around the block, then we went back to the dealership, speed got no higher then 50mph. The truck ran great! We decided to go forward with the purchase. It was evening when it was all said and done I didn't get the truck washed and made ready took it home dirty. Took the truck and a soon as I got on the hwy, I felt a vibration on the seat that shook the truck. I called Jose. He told me to bring it back when you can, and service will take care of me. The next day I took the truck to work and started feeling a thump feeling every time I took off from a stop. After getting home from work I decided to check the truck out myself. The first thing I checked was the fluids starting with the coolant. It was completely dry and had some slimy muddy gunk all over the dip stick, engine oil was dark and looked old & (burnt). I crawled under the truck and started inspecting all the suspension and driveline to find the sorce of the thump and discovered a badly leaking shock, and a weak carrier bearing bushing. I called Jose again after that and was told the samething, "bring it to service when i have time and they will take care of you". I had explained to Jose that I work graveyard hours and it's hard for me to drive 40 minutes to their dealership with no loaner vehicle or a ride back home. After about a week later I was able to get a day off dropped my truck off in the morning. Jesse was my service advisor, he told me they'll get it racked up & checked out immediately, he'll call me in a few hours. I waited all day and got no call. I called him the next day first thing in the morning and he told me all he had to do was get paperwork from the technician. That took most of the day then I called him back again. Turns out my truck was never checked. He told me they were going to bring it in "right now" and check it. Finally got a call back about 20min later saying nothing was found. from him. The technician didn't see anything wrong but admitted that the bushings to the driveshaft bearing did feel a little weak. But it wasn't torn all the way through, so he won't warranty it. He then proceed to try to up sell service. Told me I had two bad tires, one with a ball the other with other with a flat spot; so I'll need 4 new tires. I also needed an alignment. I didn't have the truck no more then two weeks; all that should have been taken care of or at least brought to my attention beforehand. He also told be there was about 50 pounds of weights on the tires; most likely the reason I didn't feel too bad of a vibration when driving around the block. This pick up truck was not inspected when it was traded in!. If it was inspected properly the shocks, coolant, tires, alignment, etc would of all been found; along with that thump feeling. Again, all should have been, addressed, or brought to my attention beforehand. I tried reaching out to management and was told by Douge that I caused that"how do I know you didn't do it". I was very offended by that response. I babied that truck like crazy. Worst experience ever, and i have owned over 15 Dodge/Ram vehicles. 1st of all they damaged my front license plate and claimed we did it(truck is hardly used and parked reverse so I see it everyday) and whe vehicles. 1st of all they damaged my front license plate and claimed we did it(truck is hardly used and parked reverse so I see it everyday) and when i asked for camera for proof, Mark told me the dealership has none(Odd in this day in age). Next, it took 4 days to not address my concerns, and they simply refilled my transmission fluid and called out a replacement of the transfer case seal, which i now know they didn't touch as I took it to another dealership and had my issues addressed there. I know they didn't touch the pan as the new mechanics i took my truck to told me there was no proof of the pan coming off and there were no other signs it showed of even being touched (not even wiped down). Always CDJ also showed they didn't care or address my other issue of the rear main seal leaking, which i showed Mark the pictures. We picked up the truck Saturday morning and drove it for 200 miles, let it sit all day Sunday, and Monday morning saw the leak was getting worse, which prompted me to go to another dealership. I will never go back or recommend Always for anything, not even a simple oil change or to fill air in my tires. This service is why i will drive to a trusted dealership over 50 miles away from me to get what i need completed. I know I am a grain of sand to an ocean of customers, but i told all my military people to avoid this place at all cost. If i had the extended warranty from the dealer, i would cancel that right away and get it to someone else who has my confidence in customer concerns. I have to RO's to prove what was done, also the vehicle is less than 6 months old and less than 8500 miles and well taken care of. More
