I broke down while traveling. I thought a good idea to take my ram to a dealership. Yours was the closest. Unfortunately I am regretful to say that I was not at all satisfied with the outcome. Jesse was cordial and seemed to want to help. Seemed he was overwhelmed with duties. Didn’t read most of my messages, had a hard time getting in touch by phone. The service itself is more disappointing. I spent over 3k and my truck was still overheating when I picked it up. Maybe this was an isolated incident, but it’s certainly not acceptable considering the results and what my spend was. More
