Just wanted Alan Turner to know that since I had such an awful service experience on January 18th 2018 and no one bothered to take care of my complaint for basically $100 that he lost thousands of dollars w awful service experience on January 18th 2018 and no one bothered to take care of my complaint for basically $100 that he lost thousands of dollars when I bought a new vehicle from one of his competitors. If someone only would have contacted me to work this out and been professional about it I may have bought a car from him. More

Repeated fantastic service. Work on our older Chevy and maintenance on the newer one both conducted professionally and in a friendly manner. Sales team is excellent--service dept. is "typical"/"average". Would recommend for purchase but seeking a new dealership for warranty service, etc. Overall not bad but not great.
