They fixed my air conditioner issue by replacing the compressor. In doing so an annoying noise (sometimes loud) was created in doing so. I brought it back to the service department the next day, waited compressor. In doing so an annoying noise (sometimes loud) was created in doing so. I brought it back to the service department the next day, waited an hour and they informed me it was a bent shield making the noise. Drove off and the noise immediately returned only making more noise than the first time. Now I have another appointment, wasting my gas and time to repair an issue that should have never happened. More

No one wants to buy tires, but my experience today at Allen Turner was awesome. Dalton took great care of me and kept me updated throughout the day.
