The service department really let me down this time! ! I watched the guy that moves vehicles around in the service tunnel swing my driver door into one of the block columns. Chipped the paint!!. Owned the truck 4 years and that is the first scratch or dent on it unfortunately. Of course I said something about it and the fix was to give me a touch up paint pen. When I went to pick up the truck after the initial diagnostic I noticed grease on the leather seat. Normally they put plastic on the seat.....not this time. I was also charged for oil clean up after replacing my oil cooling lines. I now have oil drip spots on my garage floor because it was not cleaned up very well or its still leaking which hopefully is not the case. I own 3 GM vehicles that all go to Allen turner from time to time for service. Usually I don't have any complaints but this time I am very disappointed!! More

Recently had my truck taken to the service dept for an unexpected service. My case manager was very informative and made sure to call and text me daily to let me know my vehicle was a priority for him. No unexpected service. Not everyone cares bc it’s not their vehicle but they made me feel like they cared and got my truck back very quickly. More
