Honestly, totally pleased with speed of service, exceeded my expectations. I am a military veteran, and Crestview is a military town, on Memorial day weekend I had my vehicle in for service and agreed to ove my expectations. I am a military veteran, and Crestview is a military town, on Memorial day weekend I had my vehicle in for service and agreed to over 5K in repair and recommended services, I had a coupon from Allen Turner for my vehicle, as it was purchased there, for 10% military discount. I agreed to extra services thinking the coupon would help, only to be told there was up to 10% or maximum $150 off. I didn't argue or ask for a manager, but when I returned home I got same coupons in mail, I scoured for any disclaimer of the max $150 off and there was none, so my disappointment with the dealer is the deception or misleading coupons. I normally get my work done at a big-name national chain service center, I get 10% off total bill, I am sure this dealer can afford to keep a buying customer happy! Also this app wouldnt let me bypass rating service dept, but the person who rang me out was not listed. More

Service tech did not properly install the fill plug on the front differential, resulting in a leak. I was offered to have them diagnose the leak for an extra cost. As it turns out the fill plug was not ev the front differential, resulting in a leak. I was offered to have them diagnose the leak for an extra cost. As it turns out the fill plug was not even finger tight! I am certain if the plug had fallen out, they would have declined liability, because I chose not to have them perform the diagnosis. More
