GM Recall Took my Silverado in to Allen Turner Chevrolet (the only Chevy dealer that I allow to perform service of any kind on my truck) to have repairs made as Took my Silverado in to Allen Turner Chevrolet (the only Chevy dealer that I allow to perform service of any kind on my truck) to have repairs made as a result of a GM issued recall. I had made an appointment on line for 9:00 a.m. and was greeted promptly by Marvin Hall upon my arrival. I told Marvin I would leave the vehicle with him, but wanted to pick it up around noon. Around 11;30 a.m. Marvin called to inform me my vehicle was ready. I picked my truck up shortly after noon, everything was in order and the recall work had been accomplished. My experience at this dealership is ALWAYS pleasant and professional. More
