Great service! I had a great experience when I took my new sonic to have a oil change and an air bag light checked. Ron was awesome through the whole process. He called me right away to let me know my air bag module need to be replaced got me in a 2016 Malibu for my loaner and gave me updates every day til it was ready. He really understands customer service, I appreciate all he did for me, and I'll be asking for him when I return. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation I came to Alan Turner Chevrolet to get my oil changed and tires rotated on a vehicle I had purchased there two years ago. While they were changing th I came to Alan Turner Chevrolet to get my oil changed and tires rotated on a vehicle I had purchased there two years ago. While they were changing the oil, they noticed the water pump leaking. They immediately notified me and informed me that it was still covered under warranty. They had to order the part, which they did and it came in the next day. The only issue I had was that they said they would call me when the part was in, so I can bring the car back to them to get the warranty work completed. I had to actually call them to see when to bring the car in even though they had already received the part. I was able to bring it in right away and the repairs were completed the same day. More
