Erratic idle I was very worried about cost and warranty coverage along with severity of my engin issues because it was 3.5 quarts low when I check it between weekl I was very worried about cost and warranty coverage along with severity of my engin issues because it was 3.5 quarts low when I check it between weekly intervals and had a horrible idea with no power. They took it in and diagnosed it with quality professionalism and even gave me a loaner for the week they worked in it. Great experience and very trustworthy service center. More

Best Service Department I have been a loyal customer of Allen Turner Chevrolet for the past 1-1/2 years. Every time I call, I can expect superior service. This situation was in regards to my driver side window, it was off the rails in the door and had slid down into the door. I was able to call the night before drop off and receive a courtesy car within 1 phone call. Mike, Ron, and Bob were awesome to work with and actually made the trip fun. THANK YOU!!!! More

Service my car was ready on time and the service discounts really help. Somewhat disappointed I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it leaked. Which was why it was recalled. They did everything but fix the damage to the interior. It wasn't that bad but it should have been fixed. I was told they ran out of time. Even though it was preplanned and was part of the scheduled appointment. I also dropped my car off at 7:30 am so I wasn't sure why there wasn't time set aside. Now I have to bring my car back in for another visit when I get a day off of work. :/ More
