Needed services Issue with my 2500HD that needed attention. I was pleased with the experience at Allan Turner. While at the service department I had access to clean restroom, hot coffee and snacks. Louis took great care of me and as soon as he had information about my truck, he notified me and told me what needed to be done. When my vehicle was ready he called me. Great service. More

Tire Repair/Replaced I am grateful there is a Saturday available to have repairs done. I work full time during the week and its difficult to get time away to have repairs I am grateful there is a Saturday available to have repairs done. I work full time during the week and its difficult to get time away to have repairs done. Everyone was very courteous and polite and I was made aware of each step in the process. My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait, I was told at check in that it would be about an hour which I expected. My appt. was at 9:30, I arrived early at 9:10 and was there until nearly 12:00. Other than the wait time, the service was great. More

I told the service manager helping me about the tire. When the service rep finished and gave me my car back he told me there was no problem with my tire no nail or screw. I went home and the next day my left front tire was low. I would have checked the right rear tire before rotation, but if the rotation occurred first I would have checked all tires if I didn't know which one WAS right rear! So I got to come back for another visit taking time out of my busy schedule! More

We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a c The service provided by Allen Turner Chevrolet ws outstanding. We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a continued vibration at 75 to 80 miles an hour. The service manager drove the truck and confirmed the vibration. A tire rotation and balance was done, along with a road tolerance test. The tires turned out to be fine. So a computer test was done for vibration and determined it needed a reset. The truck drives better than it has since we've owned it. Thank you for your outstanding attention and interest in getting to the bottom of our issue and taking care to fix it.
