Love it My initial experience was okay. Service writer -very helpful. My vehicle under warranty ,but dealer could not provide loaner initially. Two days later My initial experience was okay. Service writer -very helpful. My vehicle under warranty ,but dealer could not provide loaner initially. Two days later, I was given a rental from Enterprise. my vehicle had no status. I kept loaner for about 2 weeks.I was called again by Zack and told to turn it in,in exchange for an Allen Turner Loaner and it was a beautiful vehicle. I loved every minute I rode in that vehicle. I'm not sure how I got put into that loaner, but I know Zack was involved in that situation as well. That is what I was impressed with--it seems as though service writer was involved until I got my truck back. I was somewhat confused as to why it took over 3 weeks to get my truck back, but all was forgiven when you put me in that 2017 Tahoe loaner. Thanks! More
Regular maintenance and check up I was very satisfied with the service I received for the maintenance and check up on my 2015 Chevrolet Impala. Loby is very comfortable for the wait. Will use them in the future I recently had an issue with my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer that turned out to be covered under a service bulletin. The local shop(non dealership) I recently had an issue with my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer that turned out to be covered under a service bulletin. The local shop(non dealership), who has done me great service in the past advised me of this and recommend I go to FWB. I was also told the same thing by another service writer that I should take it to FWB Chev. I went against the grain and took it to Allen Turner Chevrolet, first because I believe in supporting local business, and second pure convenience of the dealership. Even though I have an older vehicle that was purchased in another state many years ago, they were prompt in helping me and also in setting up the appointment once the parts came in needed to repair the problem. They were even obliging in offering me a courtesy ride from the dealership and back when my car was ready, that's something a lot of dealers don't do anymore and is much appreciated! I can happily say job well done! It was only my first experience with them, however when in the market for a new car, or next service I will definitely be calling Allen Turner Chevrolet! More

I've been in twice in a week for the same issue. I had my car serviced to get a recall fixed. Every since that date my engine light has came on twice. I took my car in the first time my engine light I had my car serviced to get a recall fixed. Every since that date my engine light has came on twice. I took my car in the first time my engine light came on and they said it was an "old code" from when the recall was fixed, so they reset it. However, the next day my engine light came on again. I own a 2016 Malibu with 18,000 miles. There's no way I should have problems with my engine after this dealership has serviced my vehicle. Not a great experience at all. More

I hate talking to people that I feel are morally bankrupt. This was a very different experience! No hiding, no lying, no sneaky tactics. I was talking to an honest human so I could be honest with them. I am 52 years old and for the first time I actually ENJOYED buying a new truck! More
