Our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 with just 17,000 miles broke down on our way to a family vacation. The whole team at Allen Turner Chevrolet treated us like family. When we realized our vehicle was not going to be repaired by the end of our vacation, Justin helped us find a new vehicle to get home with and gave us full value for our Chevrolet Silverado ZR2. Took my Volt there to reset a code (which is dealer only reset) charged me for diagnostics and told me exactly what I already knew and did not reset the code because they didn’t know how to do it. Asked to speak with the mechanic and was told they were too busy and that they relay messages to them. Frustrated paid the $180 to just tow my car back because of a simple code they couldn’t do and I YouTubed the process and did it myself. I know I know, I should’ve done it my self in the first place but I thought is would be simple for them just to do it. Lesson learned. More

Service department always strives to take care of the customer. Brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation at the end of the day.
