Great Service I recently took my car to be repaired at Allen Turner. The customer service was excellent. Meghan knew wbat needed to be done and was friendly when I I recently took my car to be repaired at Allen Turner. The customer service was excellent. Meghan knew wbat needed to be done and was friendly when I arrived. She even was avle to point out some features I didn't know I had. I was having problem with my key transponser registering with my car. She showed me how to put the manual key into open my doors, kr found someone tbat helped us. The sales person didn't even do that. They offered shuttle service so I didn't have to wait on my car. I would recommended this dealership to anyone needing repairs on their Chevy. More

Vacation Rescued! We were traveling from Baton Rouge when the engine light on my Chevy Equinox came on as we were driving through Alabama. With only 27,000 miles on the We were traveling from Baton Rouge when the engine light on my Chevy Equinox came on as we were driving through Alabama. With only 27,000 miles on the car I couldn't imagine what the actual problem could be. We were fortunate enough to break down right in front of Allen Turner. They took us in immediately, and replaced a valve in the fuel injection system. They had us back on the road in two and a half hours and saved our vacation. The Staff is amazingly kind and Megan was a true blessing. We highly recommend their service department. More

inconsistent customer service I was disappointed with the initial check in. The only service writer available was the service manager so I had to wait for for a while to get checke I was disappointed with the initial check in. The only service writer available was the service manager so I had to wait for for a while to get checked in although I had made an appointment for an oil change and some warranty work on my A/C. The service manager seemed to notice I was getting frustrated and had Craig get me checked in but I still had to wait for the service manager to verify my warranty info was in the system. The best person working in service is Meagan. She is competent and always keeps me informed about what is going on with my vehicle. Although everything didn't go well in the work on my vehicle she kept me informed. As former service manager I understand that things happen during maintenance and as long as I'm kept in the loop I am happy. More
