I know he pulled some strings for me to get me home. I believe Nate was the repair person he got to fix my truck. Meanwhile as we waited my wife decided to test drive a vehicle and found the sales dept to be as helpful as your service dept. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate the help I received. Help is one thing but kindness is another and the attitudes of those I met at this dealership were far above what one would anticipate finding. 2nd time in I’ve been here for two problems so far and both times I’ve found the service department people to be amazing to work with. They’re kind, explain thing I’ve been here for two problems so far and both times I’ve found the service department people to be amazing to work with. They’re kind, explain things to me in a way I can understand, and make me feel comfortable and confident my car is in good hands. Both times I’ve dealt with mainly Doyle and he’s been great.
