Outstanding Service Department!!!! Between my home and work there are more than enough Chevy dealerships to service my truck. Although my job is is between 50-70 miles from my place of employment, I have no problem driving 20 miles from work to get servicing done by Allen Turner Chevrolet. The Service Advisers, Aaron Gumpert and Doyle Horton epitomize customer care and professionalism. They are knowledgeable, empathetic and work to keep their customer's trust . They provide sound maintenance advice and don't press to sell. They always take the time to explain the work being done and are forthcoming about maintenance/service work I should consider based on my vehicle and my driving habits. I also had the privilege to meet a new member of the Allen Turner Team... DJ Padilla. A real down to earth guy that gave me a renewed faith of dealership sales. DJ ran the trade in value of my present truck, showed me what he had in inventory and gave me a really enticing deal on a new truck. I will continue getting my truck serviced and make my next truck purchase from Allen Turner Chevrolet. More

Please show prices online for basic services. While I like the overall service I receive, I do not like any business that doesn't display the cost of basic services when making an appointment. I scheduled my apt online, and no rates were shown. I have had at least 7+ oil changes here and have paid anywhere from 39 to 50 dollars for my Sonic, so I expected about as much this time. So when I showed up for my appointment after waiting 15min in line, I was pretty taken back by the rep pulling out a laminated sheet showing me the now 74.95+tax and shop supplies for a basic oil change. The rep told me that price was before about 20 dollars in discounts. Could I have left? Sure. I could have declined the service and took my car elsewhere, but I would of had to try to fight another line trying to find another place to fit me in on a Saturday. My final total after everything was about 64 dollars (only a $13 discount instead of the $20 stated by the rep), and I think it's safe to say that this may be the last time I use your service. I have no problem paying for quality service. Your service is good and and I like the new iservice where you send me a video of my inspection. I do not, however, like to be blindsided with prices that seem to changes on a constant basis. If I had known the rates prior to walking up to the counter, I could have made an educated decision sooner and maybe looked at alternatives. Thank you for your time. More
