This visit was better. The first time I came the service was great. I then had a scheduled appointment that was called off due to the service department being behind. If it weren't for Jessy Stancher and his desire to help me, I might have went elsewhere simply to avoid the drive. However, he went out of his way by sending extra pictures and talking with me about the vehicle I was interested in. He is great! So kind and helpful, so thank you Jessy very much!!! Oil Change, Loose seat cushion Scheduled service appointment via computer. No price listed for oil change over 5 quarts of oil. 2015 Tahoe takes 8 quarts. Advisor said vehicle was Scheduled service appointment via computer. No price listed for oil change over 5 quarts of oil. 2015 Tahoe takes 8 quarts. Advisor said vehicle was ready. The advisor that checked me in asked my advisor if the seat issue had been addressed. Found that it had not been. He apologized, said it would more time to address and fix the issue. Stated I could return at another time or wait. I chose to wait. Issue was fixed after the right part was delivered, wrong part was sent. More

Told my mom to keep an eye on her temperature gauge I still can't find one on this spark. I guess they were too busy to actually fix the car so they sent my mother home with the same problem it had when we brought it in. This is after receiving multiple emails from onstar that the car needed immediate attention. Also received email from the Chevy dealership the car was bought from to bring it in as soon as possible. I am not happy with this at all and should something bad happen to the vehicle I want there to be some record that we tried to do something about the problem. Carie told us the car was fixed that they just added antifreeze and that was the problem. She said the car had no more engine light. When my mother went to turn the car on engine light was still on. He was not pushy and was very informative in our options and pricing. We ended up leaving with a new Silverado that we didn't think would be possible. I have some questions regarding the operation of computer. I had a problem last Friday with complete loss of power in the vehicle due to battery cables not being properly tightened in the factory. Local dealer fixed the problem, recommended tow, local parts store helped start vehicle. Caused unecessary stress locked in a car in 100 degree heat. More
