He called me right away to let me know my air bag module need to be replaced got me in a 2016 Malibu for my loaner and gave me updates every day til it was ready. Oil Change and Tire Rotation I came to Alan Turner Chevrolet to get my oil changed and tires rotated on a vehicle I had purchased there two years ago. While they were changing th I came to Alan Turner Chevrolet to get my oil changed and tires rotated on a vehicle I had purchased there two years ago. While they were changing the oil, they noticed the water pump leaking. They immediately notified me and informed me that it was still covered under warranty. They had to order the part, which they did and it came in the next day. The only issue I had was that they said they would call me when the part was in, so I can bring the car back to them to get the warranty work completed. I had to actually call them to see when to bring the car in even though they had already received the part. I was able to bring it in right away and the repairs were completed the same day. More

Ron was the service person that I dealt with, and he was very professional, so when he ask me if I wanted them to do the 45,000 mile check up while we were there or did we want to come back at a later date, I told him yes, go ahead. Mr. Lucas did not think it needed it, but the truck had almost 45,000 miles. Mr. Lucas has always enjoyed doing his own maintenance work, but now with the dementia he does not realize how important it is to make sure our vehicles are serviced on time. I have no idea who the mechanic was that serviced his truck, because I only talked to Ron. Now, that I am responsible for making sure that things are done, and I have no clue as to what/when things are needed, I am thankful that Ron suggested the 45,000 maintenance be done. Thanks!
