Amanda and all of the staff in the service department are amazing. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership 10 years ago and try to have all needed service performed by this dealership. I recently took m amazing. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership 10 years ago and try to have all needed service performed by this dealership. I recently took my vehicle to a different dealership because the dashboard indicators were showing that a turn signal bulb and a brake light were out. The dealership told me that I needed rewiring for that light problem and quoted several hundred dollars. This didn't make sense to me. So, I contacted Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge in Waco and talked with Amanda. After explaining the situation to her, she encouraged me to bring the vehicle in that day for a "second look". I did. The service department at Allen Samuels identified and changed three bulbs for 1/10th of the cost the other dealership stated. More
