Staff were friendly and professional. Service was warranty work so no charge. Lady (didn't catch her name) when I picked up the vehicle even ran my truck through the wash. Everyone was pleasant. I had issues at another Ram dealership and the service I received at Allen Samuels was a pleasant surprise.
