Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be a oil change. Great service! (Only one person in prep area, and we were there 6 hours total). So, although I give Kathleen a huge 5.0, overall, I have to rate the dealership a 4.0. I sincerely believe the folks inside could have done more to speed up the purchase process. More
