Very comfortable for long trips and in excellent condition. (Lincoln was unrepairable) *We decided to get a new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4, Infinite Black on Black as before but this time it had more bells & whistles. We included & bought the Premium Care Extended service plans. * Well on our first trip out of town (2-3-2025) was well over 4000 miles and first day on the road a rock flew right into our new windshield and cracked continued across the front from drivers side to passenger side for the entire vacation. So...When we returned from our trip, Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln loaned us a new loaner car, until the repairs were completed, plus change oil & tire rotation on our car. I live nearly an hours drive away and service driver dropped off loaner at my house. Needed that loaner to see doctors and other appointments during those days. I am very pleased that Jennifer took care of us. Thank you Nothing beats great customer service, no matter what year it is. More

It’s convenient and Vincent my service advisor along with Tonya do a solid job for me every time I get in and I get out that’s important. This dealership has demonstrated an outrageous lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic customer service. First and foremost, I have discovered that the service department is completing tickets and charging for services that were never actually performed on my vehicle. This is not just an oversight—it is outright fraud. I expect that when I pay for a service, the work is actually done. Instead, it seems this dealership is more interested in padding invoices than maintaining customer trust. To make matters worse, the service advisor refuses to communicate with me directly regarding the necessary work on my car. A professional and responsible manager would have the decency to speak with a paying customer and address concerns in a straightforward manner. But instead of a conversation, I receive long-winded text messages that could pass for a dissertation—full of excuses, but completely devoid of solutions. If the advisor has that much time to type, surely a quick phone call or in-person discussion would be possible. But I suppose avoiding accountability is easier when hiding behind a screen. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. Customers rely on service departments to provide honest, quality work—not to fabricate service reports and dodge accountability. Allan Vigil Ford has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority, and I will make it my mission to ensure others are aware of these dishonest business practices. More
