TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

I have been disappointed in the past service over the years, concerning my Expedition, as well as with my daughter's Escape. On this last visit I arrived at the appointment, early, and checked in. Several days after I picked it up, I got an email that I had missed my appointment???
Very good company to do business with. They always treat you like family when you are there to do business with them
Great place to buy a car. Knowledgeable salesman Justin Parker found exactly what I wanted in their inventory. No pressure, no games. I had done my research on the car I wanted and they respected my wishes. Convenient spacious facility with great amenities. Routine service trips are going to be a joy.
