The Unicorn I was searching for a specific F150 with a list of 4 options that were required. I searched from Texas to Florida to Michigan for this truck. (I live in Alabama) I found my truck online and was able to get a fair price on the very special truck. Terri was great to work with and very professional. When I drove to Georgia and inspected the truck, I noticed that the drop in bed liner which was listed as a dealer installed item was not installed. The sales manager agreed to install the liner at no additional cost and the service team had it installed as we were doing the paperwork. Overall I was very pleased with the purchasing experience from initial on line contact to delivery. I am even more happy with my new truck, it too exceeds my expectations. Edge fix I have purchased several cars from Allen Vigil and have no issue with sales or service of late. What I do have an issue with was the fact my 2017 Edge I have purchased several cars from Allen Vigil and have no issue with sales or service of late. What I do have an issue with was the fact my 2017 Edge is not quite 2 years old and had just gone over the 36000 miles when the Navigation system went out and had to be replaced for around $1000. Holly in the service dept was great and took care of getting the car fixed. More
