I called service provider, Dextavious today and he I called service provider, Dextavious today and he notified me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. He also informed me that the vehicle navigation was already up to date prior to bringing it to the dealership. Supposedly, my sync3 system was not up to date which is why Lincoln thought the navigation system needed updating. I accepted the information and came to retrieve my vehicle. I confirmed that the automatic lift gate and illuminated emblem, and the automatic folding mirrors worked. Unfortunately, less than three miles from the dealership, "Electronic limited slip differential reduced torque" warning light illuminated on the dash. The same warming light that Dextavious and my paperwork says they fixed. He offers to keep my vehicle, but only has a Lincoln Corsair (5 seats). So I ask for a manager and I resolve to taking my vehicle and waiting on Dextavious to call me back when a fix is available and supposedly get to the front on the service line. I proceeded home using the vehicle navigation and check the system's information once I arrive. The vehicle's Sync system and navigation information was all the same as before it was taken in for service. The information on Lincoln's own website shows different update information than whats currently on my vehicle's screen. Not only that, but Dextavious told me a couple of weeks ago that even though the seats would not be replace, the technician still fixed the leather near the latch on the second row seats. Unfortunately it was not done, not even an attempt. Also, I still hear engine noise upon a Cold Start. And last but not least, I observed moisture in my driver side headlight housing. I have driven the vehicle in rain and never observed this before. And my vehicle is garage kept. To avoid getting angry all over again, I will conclude. My vehicle was in a Lincoln service department for over a month and driven approximately 19 miles by service Techs, while I had to drive an inadequate rental (no Lincoln loaner) vehicle. The service department only completed three verifiable fixes on my vehicle and I am livid. My wife and I are dumbfounded at how they could have my vehicle so long, drive it as far as they did, and not resolve any core issues that were stressed over and over again. I definitely never want to bring my vehicle back to Allan Vigil dealership and regret I ever did in the first place. I have never seen such incompetence at such a high level, through every level of a service department. I am utterly dismayed and extremely disappointed. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. I have paid two vehicle loan payments and two insurance payments for a vehicle I have not been able to use! I need to be reimbursed appropriately. I have attached several pictures as evidence of unfixed items and I have proof of miles driven while in service and on which days! More
Absolutely the most friendly, knowledgeable, and patient automotive team that you can ask for. My experience was stellar. I was an employee of Ford for 17 years. I know the importance of customer satisfaction. I have to say that the service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever experienced. I have left importance of customer satisfaction. I have to say that the service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever experienced. I have left my car to get the radio fixed on two occasions. The first time it took them 48 hours to "diagnose" the problem. When the part came in I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. After having my car for 36 hours - they had not even looked at my car - much less fixed it. I specifically asked the service Advisor Chris if it could be fixed the same day and he said most likely but possibly the next day. This time limit expired and my car is still sitting - unfixed. This dealership is a poor representation of the company Ford Motor Company and I will never visit this establishment again. I am sure I will not be sent a "satisfaction survey". More
This is my first time leaving feedback without a business transaction taking place. Last week the initial sales representative DaJeana was extremely rude and disrespectful arguing over the mileage on a new transaction taking place. Last week the initial sales representative DaJeana was extremely rude and disrespectful arguing over the mileage on a new 2020 Mustang GT. I simply asked how many miles were on the car and I was told "it has no mileage, it's a new car." This went back and forth a few times. Then DaQuinn, second sales representative, presented a sales offer with no rebates, which are mandated by Ford, or a rebate for being military, a firefighter, or a recent college graduate. DaJeana called me today and tried to play it like we've never spoke in the past or that I may have confused them with another dealer. I even said I believed they were the dealer that offered no rebates to me and had representative who argued with me about the mileage on the GT. A few hours later I received the very same offer letter from DaQuinn again; no rebates and wrong tax info. After a few email exchanges, DaJeana claimed that this is how the dealership works. So, basically the dealership lists cars with mandatory rebates on their website, but removes them during the sales transaction and also has a business practice to treat clients poorly! The owner needs to take swift action and course correct his employees! Their behavior and tact is UNSAT! More
