I was sold a car that did not have an oil change, needed alignment and needed a WHOLE NEW BATTERY. All of these problems were discovered literally 3 weeks after I received the car. Still to this day I’m having problems with my car. My battery died the other day and I was stranded. Called the dealership and they promised that the general manager would give me a call and talk about trading the car for something else. Well it’s been a week a no call from anyone other than the horrible salesman that I no longer want to work with. Please save your time and money. The headache is NOT worth it at all. More

The Allan Vigil 'Quick Lane' experience, overall a Satisfactory rating. The customer is treated fairly and there is a sense of 'Quickness' associated with the check in process. Taking into consideration the going price for a full service oil & filter change at a major 'Quick Lube' operator in this local area, Allan Vigil's cost to the consumer is relative. The complimentary vehicle wash leaves much to be desired. Understanding that it is complimentary, not much else can be said. Although it appears a splash of water and a little air drying is about all of it. In the interests of maintaining the vehicles records with the dealer, especially for warranty purposes, these regularly scheduled maintenance visits are a must. But, don't consider asking about getting anything else done as THAT will require another specific appointment for even the simplest task such as ensuring the NAV system has the most current version uploaded. As I said before.....Satisfactory at best. More

The service / mechanics do good work, but the customer service is terrible! The service managers are polite, but they didn't provide status on my car while I was waiting and I had to try and find someone service is terrible!
