It took me three months to get an appointment. Three months. Then when I got there for the appointment, I was told they might not get to it for 48 hours. Didn't have the part either. Got it fixed three days later. Won't go back unless it's an O.E.M. part that I can't get somewhere else. Love the car though. 2016 Lincoln MKX.
