I drove 8 hrs to buy a vehicle they had on the lot. Called before I left to confirm they had the vehicle. They confirmed they had it. When explained to me said they took a deposit and they hoped I had no made it halfway yet and things get lost since it’s such a big dealership. Poor communication manager basically said sorry about your luck but you can come look at the truck still even though it’s sold just in case the buyer backs out. More

We made an appointment months in advance for service and infotainment update. We checked the car in to the service dept the night before our appointment. Sales person and finance person was very helpful and polite. Both help me get my car.. The only problem is how long you have to wait to get a bank to accept you.
