Well, I had taken a trip by the dealership on a holiday thinking there would be no one around. Low and behold here comes a salesman. Carter was very friendly, offered his assistance to show a car, answer a thinking there would be no one around. Low and behold here comes a salesman. He was waiting the next day with the same friendly smile and was very helpful in helping me find the perfect car for myseIf. I felt that Honda of Abilene deserved an outstanding review for multiple reasons. My family bought me a 2000 Accord from this location 10 years ago, so when I was ready to "upgrade" to a newer model, I review for multiple reasons. My family bought me a 2000 Accord from this location 10 years ago, so when I was ready to "upgrade" to a newer model, I began my search not in my current city of Dallas, Texas but at Honda of Abilene. Samantha went above and beyond throughout our time of working together. Over a 2-3 week period, Samantha was patient and eager to answer all of my questions, and when it came time for me to make my final decision, we were able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement that we were both satisfied with in the end. I would recommend this dearlership to anyone even thinking about getting another vehicle. No pressure sales... Let me say that again... No pressure sales. They gave me the time that I needed to make my decision and they were even willing to bring the vehicle and paperwork to me in Dallas! I have bought 2 new cars from Carter. The 1st car we got an outstanding deal. The 2nd purchased was equal in all cases except the final cost. The 1st car was stickered @ $35,000+ the trade in and final pri an outstanding deal. The 2nd purchased was equal in all cases except the final cost. The 1st car was stickered @ $35,000+ the trade in and final price was much lower than the initial price. The 2nd car was valued @ ~$25,000. There was much less cost reduction for the car and very little offered for my trade in. Unfortunately the purchase was shortly after the Japan disaster. When we need our next car, Carter is the first person I would call! More
