When we arrived a little early, around 1230, she was busy with another couple when we arrived and Cyndi Bloodworth event eventually came to help us. Cyndi Bloodworth was awesome to work with. We drove several vehicles before settling on one that we had not originally considered but fit our needs better. She was with us the entire process. Thank you for helping us, Cyndi. Now getting into the finance department (not really a finance department-its only 1 person) was another story. We agreed on our deal by 3 pm but couldn't get in front of the only finance person for another 5 hours. We were told we were the next in line multiple times, but that was not the case. This repeated delay turned an otherwise easy experience into a very long day. More

It seems they are having "issues" with the online reservation system (based in Oregon) syncing with their local appointments. I had a 9:00 am appointment, with a service technician that no longer works for them, and was there all day for something that should have taken around 4 hours. BUT...the staff there took very good care of me, gave me a courtesy car (2018 Fit = nice ride!), did not charge me for the gas used, and was very helpful is seeing that my needs were met. Customers first is the key to any business success....Honda of Abilene did just that. Thank you! More

They helped tons, take away stress from what could have ended up bad if I had stayed with that car. They also saved my credit! Honda Financial also helped lend me a car loan, when no one else would! Oil change & tire rotation This is the second time that I took my car to this service center. When I bought my car from this dealership I specifically told them I did not want This is the second time that I took my car to this service center. When I bought my car from this dealership I specifically told them I did not want Nitrogen in my tires. I had a tire rotation done at this visit and when I went to get into my car I noticed the green valve stem caps on the tires. I went back to tell them that I did not have Nitrogen in my tires. One of the ladies in the service dept. said "Oh yes you do, we put Nitrogen in all of the vehicles" Wrong answer to me! The other lady that wrote up my paperwork when I first got to the service center went and got the black valve stem caps and replaced the green ones that were on my car. I asked her if it mattered that Nitrogen was put in my tires and she said doesn't matter. I'm really hesitant about taking my car back to this service center now. I don't feel like they check the history on my car and just do the same thing to everyone's vehicles. I also did not like that the seat was moved and I had to readjust it when I got in the vehicle again. Also the dash display was set on the oil life screen. If your technicians are going to change things, I wish they would put them back the way they were. The technician should have noticed the valve stem caps were black not green which should have told them that the tires did not have Nitrogen. I also wish I would have been able to see my car before going over the paperwork with the service personnel. I would not have initialed the satisfied block on the second page. I don't feel my tires were rotated because the one rim on the front passenger side has a scrape mark on it and the rim & tire are still on the same front passenger side. I was charged for the tire rotation and I know it was not done. More
