Overpriced and Untrustworthy I have gone here for 3 years. After each service visit I want to pull my hair out. Generally it’s with customer service or trying to do service that I have gone here for 3 years. After each service visit I want to pull my hair out. Generally it’s with customer service or trying to do service that isn’t required in accordance with the maintenance manual. Recently I wanted to get an oil change and a quote for new tires. When the service was completed I presented a coupon to the cashier that should have gave me $20 off an over priced oil change. I was repeatedly told that it was not allowed to apply coupons after the service was performed and that if I want to use coupons in needs to be stated before the service is performed. So because they refused to allow me to use a $20 coupon, I took my $900 tire change quote from Honda of Abilene and got the work performed somewhere else. I will be getting my service elsewhere and will only use Honda of Abilene when absolutely necessary. I will not buy a car from them. More

Service and parts department The day I went in to buy the truck it was in the shop getting the a/c fixed I left the dealership and got a half mile from dealership and the a/c went The day I went in to buy the truck it was in the shop getting the a/c fixed I left the dealership and got a half mile from dealership and the a/c went out so I called my salesman and he said bring it back in the morning so I did they ended up having the truck a whole week they finally figured out what was wrong with it and said the part was on back order for 2 months and I could come get the truck and drive it until it came in with temperatures in the 100’s and no a/c they gave me a loaner and after 2 days called me and said they needed the truck back and let me have mine back and told me they found the part at another dealer and would call me in two days when it came in I went and got it and noticed the electric rear window didn’t work so I called them and the said that I’d have to fix it cause they didn’t have the money to fix it cause the electric motor cost a $ 123.00 finally a week and 2 days later I got the truck back so the parts and service department are very undependable and very slow will not recommend them to anybody and will be writing a letter to the editor of my local newspaper More
